PENUMBRA (defined as a "shadow of a shadow") is Intikana's one man show that autobiographically illustrates the life of a young Boricua growing up in The Bronx who seeks to reclaim his Taino heritage. This multimedia event utilizes an array of images, videos, and sounds to journey through stories that powerfully confront issues concerning family, social injustice, and self-identity.
